Powertain and Charging / Układy napędowe i ładowanie
Od 1 stycznia 2025 r. MAHLE połączyło swoje dotychczasowe jednostki "Systemy i komponenty silników" oraz "Elektronika i mechatronika" w nową jednostkę biznesową "Układy napędowe i ładowanie" (Powertain and Charging). W ten sposób MAHLE wzmacnia swoją strategię elektryfikacji, umożliwiając obszarom skupionym na wydajnych silnikach elektrycznych i inteligentnym ładowaniu skorzystanie z ponad 100-letniego doświadczenia Grupy w zakresie systemów i komponentów silników.
Rozwój systemów tłoków i komponentów cylindrów jest podstawow kompetencją MAHLE. Rozumiemy interakcję komponentów silnika, dlatego możemy dostarczą naszym klientom optymalne rozwiązania, Nasze produkty są stosowane na całym świecie: w pojazdach dwukołowych, samochodachosobowych, pojazdach użytkowych i dużych silnikach. W ramach tej jednostki biznsowej odbywa się także rozwój i produkcja wysokiej jakości komponentów silnika i systemów do sportów motorowych oraz pojazdów produkcyjnych o wysokiej wydajności, a także dużych i małych komponentów silnika dla wiodących producentów silników.
Komponenty elektroniczne i mechatroniczne odgrywają kluczową rolę w zwiększaniu wydajności układu napędowego i rozwijaniu e-mobilności. Dzięki swoim napędom elektrycznym, siłownikom i urządzeniom pomocniczym oraz grupom produktów elektroniki sterującej i energetycznej, MAHLE już dziś oferuje w tym obszarze istotne rozwiązania.
Thermal and Fluid Systems / Systemy termiczne i płynne
The former business units “Filtration and Engine Peripherals” and “Thermal Management” have been merged into the new business unit “Thermal and Fluid Systems”. This integration allows the thermal management segment to leverage MAHLE’s long-standing production competencies as well as capacities in the filter and engine peripherals business, strengthening its ability to bring competitive, future-oriented technologies to the market. MAHLE remains fully committed to advancing thermal management and aims to drive continued growth in this key area.
As powertrains become increasingly electrified, the demand for innovative thermal management solutions is growing—particularly for batteries and the entire electric powertrain. MAHLE stands as a technological pioneer when it comes to the thermal management of batteries. Our solutions ensure consistent operating temperatures and uniform distribution of temperature across battery cells.
Today, MAHLE is one of the world's leading original equipment manufacturers, developing and producing cooling and air conditioning systems, as well as complete thermal management solutions for a wide range of applications—from passenger cars and commercial vehicles to off-highway mobile and stationary machinery.
Further, to increase efficiency, extend service life, and reduce emissions, MAHLE manufactures filters, pump systems as well as oil coolers for engine and transmission applications. These technologies ensure clean air and prevent contamination in oil and fuel systems—critical not only for combustion engines but also for reliable operation of fuel cell systems.
Lifecycle and Mobility / Cykl życia i mobilność
MAHLE Lifecycle and Mobility is the business unit specializing in spare parts, tools and services for the aftermarket. It uses the expertise from original equipment series production for its established product range and additional competence in electrification and digitalization. MAHLE Lifecycle and Mobility supplies partners globally in retail, workshops, and engine repair via sales channels such as wholesale and e-Commerce. The products developed by the MAHLE Service Solutions business segment for workshop equipment, as well as comprehensive services and individual training offers, complete the portfolio.
